I haven't been here since it was Tonight Soju but the location is essentially the same place.  There have been no changes to the set up inside.  Nor has there been much change to the wait time.  We even called for a reservation and still waited a good 30 minutes!  Having said that, perhaps that just means the location is still popular enough (though doesn't explain why it changed ownership).

So after finally getting our group of 6 to a table, we ordered.  Garlic/soy sauce fried chicken, Supreme chicken, kim chi pancake, clam soup, kim fried rice...they were all decent.  Keep in mind this is a  or a Korean bar food eatery and not fine dining.  I was actually impressed with most of it.  I liked the kim chi fried rice though it seems to have a bit too much butter or some other rendered fat to give it richness.  I enjoyed the kim chi pancake quite a bit.  I liked the garlic soy fried chicken though it is definitely different than what most other Korean fried chicken joints produce.  I look forward to trying their other types of fried chicken.  As the end all we tried the kalbi french fries which also existed on Tonight Soju's menu.  I'm still not a fan.  But that's just me and obviously many other people do love it so...ok.

Do I love this place?  No.  Do I want to come back, yes!  I still love the environment.  I like my background K-pop music and videos (that's just my thing).  And to be honest...it's very affordable.  We had quite a lot of beer and soju and it was not a wallet killer.  So TWO thumbs up as a hangout joint!!!  !

This place is my favorite Korean soju bar for late night snack. One of their side dishes I really like is the potatoes. It's so good with any rice dishes they have.

I usually order their dakgangjung wings. It's sweet and spicy. Also crispy. Soy & Garlic boneless popcorn chicken is good too.

Jokbal also I often order from them is a pig's trotter. Steamed but serve as chilled. comes with lettuce wraps, pickled radish wraps and miso paste. Sliced garlic and jalapeños.

Oh I have to mention their Galbi bbq. It's like L.A galbi cut over the sliced onions. It is so delicious. Tender and juicy. I tried many Korean bbq restaurants in town and L.A. it's one of my favorite.

Corn cheese smells good from other table so I might try that next time.

I am so glad that I have this good Korean place near my neighborhood.

Six of us came her for dinner. We had a lot of food but I was a little disappointed. The strawberry soju we ordered was too syrupy and sweet. It was so good in the past. The full supreme chicken we ordered was good but we forgot to order just wings supreme. We ended up Eating pieces of chicken We could not identify. The japjae was good served hot and wet which made it difficult to eat with chopsticks.  The Kimchee fried rice was pretty wet and the egg on top just a little over cooked.

The Kimchee pancake was not crispy as it used to be. I was really disappointed.

We had a ton of food for only $43 a couple.

We just have to make sure to order wings supreme, crispy seafood pancake and a Less syrupy soju.

Assholes. They cancelled/didn't fulfill my UberEats order at 9 PM even though they're open until midnight. Thanks for nothing.
